THE GO ROLL YOUR BONES TO LAUNCH DEBUT EP
Amazing lineup this week at Phoenix…
One of our favourite bands in Australia, Sydney band THE GO ROLL YOUR BONES launch their debut EP. We’ve heard a few of the tracks and this band belong on the main stage at the Big Day Out. They’d easily do justice opening for QUEENS OF THE STONEAGE or any band that has a hard heavy beat and swagger.
They will be supported by a great cast of local talent; ZEAHORSE, DARK BELLS and SPIRIT VALLEY (also featuring Fait Accompli drummer Mr Stabback).
Entry is $10. So get down there early. Things kick off from 8pm.

MY SYDNEY RIOT are having a HALLOWEEN PARTY. We were sitting around with some of our buddies and we decided to put on a Party. Why? We’re bad ass at puttin on Parties and we wanted to invite some of our favourite bands around to make us deaf. To be honest we just want to throw a party and have a good time with our friends.
So if you’re free pop over for a good time. Come as a Monster or come as yourself. And bring some art to hang up on a tree if you’re an arty type of person.
Party starts from 3pm noon and will go into the late night.

INTERVIEW – MORGAN (ZEAHORSE)
Have you heard of Sydney band Zeahorse? Well they’ve been around for a couple of years now and they know how to rock the hell out of a Casbah. They started off 2010 with an opening slot for ‘Them Crooked Vultures’, released their debut mini album and did a massive East Coast tour. Zeahorse are now writing and getting some well deserved downtime.
We caught up with front man Morgan for a little chat. Here’s what he had to say.
ZEAHORSE HIT THE ROAD
Sydney local rockers ZEAHORSE are a cool band and one of the more progressive acts of the last year. You should definitely go and check them out. They started off the year as openers for THEM CROKKED VULTURES and will opening for COG in Sydney on Friday 5th March. They will be ptouring all over the East Coast throughout March, April and May promoting their new ep / mini lp RATTUS RATTUS. The boys will busy, so get out there and show them some love.
